Hi, I'm Kat!I teach Reformer and Cadillac group classes in Las Vegas, and I'm constantly fascinated by how the body adapts, compensates, and finds new ways to move. What started as a love of Pilates has turned into a deep curiosity about fascia, breath mechanics, alignment, anatomy, and the connection between the nervous system and movement. I love helping clients build strength and confidence, but what really excites me are those moments when something finally clicks. A client feels a muscle they've never felt before, a rib cage starts moving differently, or years of tension suddenly make a little more sense.When I'm not teaching, you'll probably find me down some movement rabbit hole trying to figure out why a shoulder is doing one thing, a hip is doing another, and how they're somehow connected.
