Will mats be provided for classes at the conference?
A limited number of mats will be available onsite, courtesy of Stakt. Please bring your own mat if you can.
Can I change my schedule after I’ve selected my sessions?
Yes! You can make as many changes as you’d like.
Why is the pre-conference workshop that I paid for not on my schedule?
After purchasing a ticket for a pre-conference workshop, you must still select the corresponding session when creating your schedule.
What happens if I’m on the waitlist for a session?
Many sessions are fully booked. If you are on the waitlist:
- Show up at the scheduled session to see if space has opened.
- If space allows, you may audit (observe only).
- Auditing does not include use of equipment or props.
- If no space is available, join another session with openings (check the app).
How many Peak Pilates CECs can I earn?
- 7 CECs per day of PES
- 14 CECs total for the full two-day event
- Pre-conference workshops: 1 CEC per hour
Once you have all 14 CECs, pay your renewal fee to renew certification.
Can I purchase discounted equipment and props used at the event?
Yes! Contact a sale representative at [email protected] to inquire about discounted reformers, chairs, and accessories.
What is the cancellation policy?
To cancel your reservation, email [email protected]. You may:
- Transfer your ticket to another person
- Receive credit toward a future event or Peak Pilates merchandise
- Request a refund (minus fees)
- Before March 23, 2026: $25 cancellation fee
- March 24 – May 23, 2026: $75 cancellation fee
- After May 24, 2026: No refunds
