Athletes want to stay in the game. Take a good look at the 4 S’s(Strength, Stamina, Stability, and Stretch) created by repeating the movement patterns required in each sport. Repetitive movement patterns cause imbalance in the body which can lead to injury. Injuries can also happen due to the aggressive nature of the sport. Having the knowledge of how each sport creates imbalance can help you build a strong active plan to help prevent injury in your athletes.
